Step 2  

Complete the order form, selecting your chosen format:

(i) RTF by e-mail (to be printed at home) or
(ii) printed copy by post.

Step 3  

This leads to the Secure Payment Area where payment details are taken. All major credit cards are accepted. We would like to stress that your credit and personal details will not be used for anything other than this transaction. For administration purposes your details will be kept on file for a period of six months after which time they will be erased.

Please note we are not able to process American Express cards. We do accept the following:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • Eurocard
  • Visa Debit
  • Switch
  • Solo
  • Visa electron

 

Step 4  

Once the transaction has been processed the LegalPac will be available for download by clicking on the 'Download' button. The actual download should take no more than 30 seconds on a standard 56k modem. You should download this to a convenient place e.g. your desktop. A receipt will be sent to you by e-mail.

 

Step 5  

The WillPac can be completed on or offline by doing the following:

(i) Double click on Willpac.exe icon on your desktop:

 


(ii) Step through the welcoming page.



(iii) Enter your personal details.



(iv) Enter the First Executor details. This is the person who you would like to adminster your estate in the event of your death.


(v) Enter the Second Executor details. It is sensible to select two executors in case one is unable to fulfil their duties.


(vi) If you wish to appoint a third Executor do so by filling in the relevant section.

(vii) If you would like to give specific gifts to individuals you are required to give details in the space provided. Please be as precise as possible.


(viii) Here you must indicate to whom you wish to leave the residue of your estate. The residue is whatever is left after legacies, gifts, funeral expenses, inheritance tax, etc., have been accounted for.


(ix) Here you must name your chosen beneficiaries to whom you would like to leave the Residue of your estate.



If you wish to leave the residue of your estate to your children and they are under 21 years of age it is appropriate to appoint a guardian. The guardian's details should be put here.



(x) It is important that your Will details your funeral. This can include how and where you would like to be laid to rest, and also arrangments for a Wake.


(xi)Click on 'Send to Will You Ever'.


This will automatically dial up your Internet connection to Will you Ever and transfer your Will detailsto our server. Your Will document will then be e-mailed (or posted) to you as an attachment. You will receive this email by the end of the next working day (or within 7 days if posted). A guide with details on what to do next will also be supplied.


If you would like to submit these details at a later date then the contents of the Will may be saved on your computer using the 'Save' button on exit of the application.
