How Does Will You Ever Work?


Payment and activation.

Once you have paid our fee, you will be sent an activation e-mail, very much like websites such as ebay or Amazon. You simply click on the activation link and then log into the website.

You sign into your case area.

You will then be prompted to download a questionnaire which asks you a set of questions that all will writers need to know in order to be able to draft a will.

We enter your information into our system.

We then plug your information into our will writing system which will prduce your will.
It is then checked and edited if necessary to make sure there are no errors or spelling mistakes.

We check the documents for errors.

If we feel that there is information missing or the document does not make sense legally, we will contact you to advise you of your concerns.

If there are no concerns we will upload your will package into the system so you can download and print the documents yourself. Of course we provide you with a clear guide on what to do.
