Step 1 - Ordering

 

From the Homepage, click on


Fill in the order form making sure that you select 

'One-off Will'
as the Version

Then click on




Step 2 - Payment  

This leads to the Secure Payment Area where payment details* are taken. All major credit cards are accepted:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • Eurocard
  • Visa Debit
  • Switch
  • Solo

We are not able to process American Express cards.

We would like to stress that your credit and personal details will not be used for anything other than this transaction. For administration purposes your details will be kept on file for a period of six months after which time they will be erased.


Step 3 - Saving your WillPac  

Once the transaction has been processed the One-off Will LegalPac will appear on your screen ready for download (this should take no more than 30 seconds on a standard 56k modem).  Instructions are provided if this does not take place immediately.

You should download the One-off Will LegalPac to a convenient place e.g. your desktop. 

A payment receipt will be sent to you by e-mail.


Step 4 - Accessing your WillPac  

On your desktop, double click  on the LegalPac icon:




Step 5 - Filling in your WillPac  

(i) Select 'next' button to move past the welcoming page.

(ii) Enter details in the white boxes and navigate through to the end of the Will using the 'Next' and 'Back' buttons. 

You also have the option of filling in a few details, saving the One-off Will LegalPac, then filling in the rest when it is convenient. To do this, click on the 'save' button on exit of the application.

Remember to use the Help option in the top left hand corner if you are unsure about anything. 

(iii) When you have filled in all the details required click the option to 'send to Will you Ever'.

This will automatically dial up your Internet connection and transfer your Will details to our server. 



Step 6 - Receiving your Will

 

Your Will documentation will be posted to you within 10 days along with a guide detailing what to do next.
