From the Homepage, click on

Fill in the order form making sure that you select 

'Will for Life LegalPac' as the Version

This leads to the Secure Payment Area where payment details* are taken. All major credit cards are accepted:

• Visa
• Mastercard
• Eurocard
• Visa Debit
• Switch
• Solo

We are not able to process American Express cards.

We would like to stress that your credit and personal details will not be used for anything other than this transaction. For administration purposes your details will be kept on file for a period of six months after which time they will be erased.

Once the transaction has been processed the Will for Life LegalPac will appear on your screen ready for download (this should take no more than 2 minutes on a standard 56k modem). Instructions are provided if this does not take place immediately.

You should download the Will for Life LegalPac to a convenient place e.g. your desktop. 

A payment receipt will be sent to you by e-mail.

On your desktop, double click  on the Will for Life LegalPac icon:

(i) When you open the Will for Life LegalPac you will be presented with the screen above.  From this menu, you can make your Will and make a series of other documents to help your executors administer your Will.

To make your Will you highlight it in the left hand box, then click Edit. You will then be presented with the following screen.

(ii) Enter your details in the white boxes and navigate through to the end of the Will using the 'Next' and 'Back' buttons. This information will be used in your final Will document.  When you have completed the details you will automatically be taken back to the main screen (i) where you can use the Preview button to view your final document. 

If you are completely satisfied you can print your document otherwise you can click on the Edit button to edit the details specified.

If you do not want to fill all the details in at once, click on file and save and then close your Will for Life LegalPac and return to it when you can fill in the remaining information.

Remember to use the Help option in the top left hand corner if you are unsure about anything. 

(iii) Included in your Will for Life LegalPac are other documents which can be used to help your executor in administering your Will.  These include:

• A list of important persons to notify in the event or your death.

• A list detailing the location of important documents.

• A list of your personal property, its estimated value and where it is kept.

To create your list of people to notify click on the Important Persons tab and select New, Edit or Remove to keep records up to date.  Click on Preview to view the lists you have created.

We do provide helpful lists for Important Persons and Important Documents but you are free to edit these as you wish.

When you have created all of your Will documentation and printed it, you will need to read the Guide (main menu) to ensure that it is signed correctly and according to certain procedures.
